Tibia Mobile Hunting Guide - Best Spots by Level

Tibia Mobile Hunting Guide: Best Spots by Level

Hunting is the core of Tibia. Whether you want experience, loot, or both, knowing where to hunt makes all the difference. Pick the right vocation and you’ll level even faster. This guide covers the best spots for each level range, with notes on which ones work best for mobile play.

Levels 1-8: Rookgaard

Every player starts on Rookgaard. Don’t rush through it.

  • Rats and Bugs (below town) — your first kills, easy and safe
  • Wolves and Bears (east side) — slightly harder, better XP
  • Minotaurs (Rookgaard cave) — the toughest Rookgaard challenge

Mobile tip: Rookgaard is perfect for learning the mobile controls. Take time to get comfortable with movement and combat here.

Levels 8-20: Mainland Starter Hunts

After leaving Rookgaard and choosing your vocation, use the experience calculator to plan your leveling targets:

  • Trolls (around most cities) — easy, some decent loot
  • Rotworms (Darashia, Edron) — great XP/h, safe to AFK
  • Poison Spiders (Plains of Havoc entrance) — decent XP and loot
  • Skeletons & Ghouls (Ghostlands) — good for Knights

Mobile tip: Rotworms are the best mobile hunt at this level. They’re slow, predictable, and you can profit from their loot.

Levels 20-35: Building Momentum

  • Minotaurs (Mintwallin) — classic hunting ground, crowded but profitable
  • Amazons (Venore jungle) — good XP and gold
  • Larvas (Ankrahmun) — strong XP, bring fire resistance
  • Dwarves (Kazordoon mines) — decent loot and relatively safe

Mobile tip: Minotaurs in Mintwallin are excellent on mobile. The spawn is enclosed, and the creatures have predictable behavior.

Levels 35-50: Mid-Game Grind

  • Cyclopses (Mount Sternum, Edron) — very profitable
  • Dragon Lair (Thais) — exciting hunts, decent XP
  • Giant Spiders (Plains of Havoc, Port Hope) — fast XP for mages
  • Orc Fortress — crowded but strong XP

Mobile tip: Cyclopses are the best mobile-friendly hunt here. They drop gold and items consistently, and you don’t need to kite.

Levels 50-80: Getting Serious

  • Dragon Lords — great XP, but dangerous
  • Behemoths — tanky Knights shine here
  • Hydras (Port Hope) — excellent XP for Paladins
  • Necromancers (Drefia) — good for Druids and Sorcerers

Mobile tip: At this level, be extra careful on mobile. Deaths are expensive. Hunt spots you’re comfortable with rather than pushing your limits.

Levels 80+: Endgame Hunts

  • Demons — the classic high-level hunt
  • Hellspawns — strong XP, high risk
  • Serpent Spawns — profitable and relatively safe
  • Vampire Lords — consistent XP in Edron

Mobile tip: Endgame hunts on mobile require experience with the controls. Bring plenty of supplies and don’t try new spawns for the first time on mobile.

General Hunting Tips for Mobile

  1. Always carry health and mana potions — overprepare, especially on mobile
  2. Sell loot regularly — don’t carry too much, inventory management is harder on touch
  3. Know the spawn — hunt in familiar places where you know the monster count and escape routes
  4. Use a ring — life rings or rings of healing provide passive sustain
  5. Set up hotkeys — configure your spell bar before entering a hunt
